By accessing or using the Sigmalion website at sigmalion.io (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access the Site or engage with Individual Entrepreneur Polshchykov Roman (Registration No: 2939422257), trading as Sigmalion ("Sigmalion", "we", "us", "our").

Sigmalion provides software engineering, AI integration, and technology consultancy services to businesses. Specific terms governing a client engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines — are set out in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement signed between Sigmalion and the client.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and general interactions with Sigmalion. They do not replace or supersede any signed client agreement; in case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated collection of content without our prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or acts in a manner we deem harmful to the Site, other users, or third parties.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and code — is the property of Individual Entrepreneur Polshchykov Roman (Registration No: 2939422257), trading as Sigmalion or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Work product delivered to clients under a signed engagement agreement is governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigmalion disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Individual Entrepreneur Polshchykov Roman (Registration No: 2939422257), trading as Sigmalion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by the Client based on the outputs of AI models integrated or suggested by Sigmalion. The Client acknowledges that AI outputs can be inaccurate or biased.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement by Sigmalion.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date updated. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Online Dispute Resolution. If you are a consumer based in the EU or Northern Ireland, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve a dispute with us out of court.
