System architect of the squad. Owns intricate modules and data-heavy logic — turning 'impossible' requirements into clean, maintainable solutions. Specialises in legacy refactors and rich-text (Tiptap).
UI & delivery specialist. Architects scalable component libraries with Shadcn/ui and Radix, and optimises CI/CD pipelines for high-velocity shipping. Integrates AI-assisted dev (Claude Code).
Operations lead for the squad. Shield and bridge: protects engineers from overhead while keeping stakeholders fully transparent. Translates vague business ideas into precise technical requirements.
